Forgoing the meeting/tour that their fellow elected officials were participating in to set one up with a Palestinian advocacy group that published blood libels multiple times. Tlaib then claimed she was going to visit her grandmother and Israel granted her permission to do that so long as she didn't try to engage in any politicking while there. She refused. They wanted to stir up trouble and throw shade in a society that already has severe issues with ethnic/religious tensions.
