I think it sounds fun! I have curly hair, so any colour else than my natural would make me look like a clown, but it's always interesting seeing what other people do with their hair. Why not experiment a little while you're young? After all, people will probably be a lot more forgiving when you're a child or teenager, and you don't have a boss to yell at you for doing it.

Dyeing hair, in my view, is a potentially fulfilling element of self-expression. Unlike getting a tattoo, it's also easily changed if one chooses to express onesself in a different way in future - in other words, it accommodates and even showcases an individual's personal growth. On those bases, though I personally don't dye my hair, I think I might actually actively endorse it, male, female or otherwise.
