You DON'T get points for killing cops... technically, it does raise your notoriety level in the stats, but the most obvious thing are that you don't get money, and all you get is at least a 2-star wanted level.

This is a laughable debate in the U.S. While yes, it increase aggression in a child, it is only temporary. Personally, I think video games is a great outlet for a child to let out some urges, all while discussing with the child that the actions done in a violent game should never be done in real life and make sure he or she understands this.
