Surprisingly he was pretty big on protecting animal rights.

I know that the Nazis did experiments on humans but did they also do experiments on animals or did Hitler not allow that?

"Hitler cared and had principles"

In all seriousness, Hitler.

Are you implying that evil can be defined in numbers?
Honestly i know plenty of people far more evil than Hitler, Stalin or Mao. They just never got the power to affect millions; doesn't make them any less evil though.

In 1933 it got banned, but the law in question was revised not even a month later. So they did, but limited. It was only allowed with the right permits and under conditions of anesthesia and scientific need.

That I don't know. I do know animals were treated much better than the Jews though.

Ol’ Uncle Adolf was worse.

Mao and Stalin were simply exceeding brutal in their approaches. Hitler practiced extermination for sake of eliminating undesirable traits.

My great aunt actually met Hitler. Said he was actually a personable guy and you would notice him in a room. She said I would never have guessed he could do what he did.

A coworker’s father (or was it a grandfather) knew Stalin. He said you knew this was a guy you just did not fuck around.
