We’ve seen an increase in diversity in our town too. And I say this because when I moved here 10 years ago, there were no black residents. Of course, there’s a story as to why but that’s in the past and not relevant. In the past, I don’t know, perhaps 3-4 years, we’ve had a few African Americans move to town. No issue.

I must say though that I still think this movie is not a wise idea.

It's cheaper. Especially buying homes and land. Heating bills are less. A/C may be higher but that is significantly less expensive than heat. If they avoid the most troublesome area's within specific southern states, it can be a win.

The controversy around the Interview actually helped it because without the media whirlwind, that movie would've been a dud. It was really not that good a of a film.
