Plot twist, they're concentrated in the northern half of the state. Once you're inland and north of Sacramento between like Redding and Oregon the state gets suuuuuuuper racist. It's where all the State of Jefferson guys are and other state separatists whose goal is to section off the whitest part of the state from the rest of it where it's very diverse. Fell into a trap once, because I'm from Northern California and love it (but no further north than Sacramento, and prefer the coast) and had a flag I googled but didn't research for Northern California, turned out it represented a racist NorCal group. But yeah, wander too far off that I-5 corridor headed towards Oregon (and into Oregon) and it gets crazy racist.

Would the premise indicate with almost near certainty that the redhats would be the bad guys and the trans women would come out on top at the end, as in this movie where it's clear to anyone with even a passing understanding of narrative could see that the hunters are not the heroes of the film?

I heard Get Out was good so this movie might be good too.

If it takes the piss out of both sides and has enough black humor in it it might be good.

I wouldn't really want to releace such a thing nor do I think that people should be killed for there poltical bellefs. That and if the movie tilts to much to one side it could just be seen as propaganda. Also I wouldn't want to releace it beacuse there is enough hyper partzan ship in the US allready, dont want to add more.
