That's another thing too. I already can see that the gun control debate won't even wait for five minutes before kicking off. There used to be a time where we all came together even if only for a day to mourn the victims and then we started debating. Now the internet becomes full of overused catch phrases, memes, arguments and snarky responses the minute the news breaks of a shooting.

El Paso Police: "Cannot confirm any kills yet." That's from the stream you posted.

well that changed the reports were at first "multiple" shooters but now the only confirmed thing about the shooter is a single male is in custody.

El Paso Mayor Dee Margo told CNN that three suspects were in custody.

"This is a tragedy that we never, ever would have thought would happen in El Paso," he said. "It tears me up."

"There are three suspects in custody. It's still an active scene."

Source? Everything reads 18 have been shot or injured, that doesn't indicate people killed. EPPD just oficially stated they "Cannot confirm details about casualties." You cannot take the word of unconfirmed sources, the title is highly misleading.

AKs are actually popular with Cartels, so I wouldn't rule it out.
