Grooming a successor?

For discussion and debate about anything. (Not a roleplay related forum; out-of-character commentary only.)

Do you have someone in place to take over your NS nation in the event that you die in real life?

Yes, of course. Doesn't everyone?

All this talk of death is making me consider taking time off NSG again. I get enough morbidity in life, thank you.

Not to escape real world issues, no. Just somewhere I can feel at peace, discussing the days events with friends.

It's just the morbid path the forum is taking today is getting me down.

Yeah since political discussion is interesting and keeps my mind off of real life issues that affect me personally. In the large picture, I could debate and discuss political views and situation until I'm blue in the face, but all of that won't affect me personally. Who is Prime Minister, what the USA is researching, stuff like that will have no real immediate baring on my life.

Actually, CM, he has a point. Half the stuff discussed on here, at least in my case, has little to no effect on my life anyway, I just enjoy discussing it. Death, on the other hand, is something that quite literally affects your life, insofar in one's case as ending it.
