I thought it’s okay to see the forums and vote on polls. Just not talk on it. If I’m wrong, I’ll omit that option in the December 2019 version.

I guess you could look at them and not get caught. But generally, you shouldn't be on them at all since they're technically "PG-13". That's the rule I believe.

I’m not sure about forum guidelines, but I think you’re allowed to view the forums and vote on stuff if you’re under 13. Just don’t chat. Unless you get banned for being exposed as underaged.

The fact that the forums are still visible when you’re banned means that seeing the forums is not necessarily PG13. Not to mention that the forums have rules against non-PG13 threads.

This is actually not true, as upon attempting to enter, you get a message, and the duration of the ban.
You can however view the forums on other accounts, but you can't post on them.
