I’m around toddlers plenty. They only reinforce the idea of not wanting kids.

I mean, all the toddlers I'm around aren't mine, so they are good. However, I also don't take care of them so that may explain it.

Yeah, that’s the bottom line here. Usually, I’m more mad at the parents than the toddler for not managing the toddler. The toddler is just doing what comes naturally to it.

A friend of mine's father actually did that with his three boys, and drove off. They were very quiet on the way home.

I'm told (but this is before my memory really begins) when I was little, my mother tried that on me. Apparently panic ensued when she realised I hadn't followed. She found me, having wandered away to the toy shop -- across from the supermarket (it was a covered shopping centre).
