Imagine living a country with an extremely low crime rate like Japan and then suddenly a massacre like this happens. In America and to a lesser extent many European countries the people are used to it to the point of shrugging it off. I feel bad for all the victims, their family, and friends and hope this guy gets what's coming to him, a short drop and a sudden stop.
