just browsing the net when this came across in a red rocker panel on my homepage. It's always sad to see a former SCOTUS judge pass but figuring he was 99 when he died I think that's long enough considering most people pass well before they reach 99 or 100 years of age. That's really all I have since the story just states the former liberal judge had passed. for a second I thought another active serving justice had passed nope I was wrong.
