It also makes perfect sense to suggest that people who migrated to a better country go back to their country of origin and help the people they are related to by blood, their family and extended family, and their friends and neighbors.

Except all but one of these congresswomen are American and have their blood, their families and extended families there. And Omar is an American citizen who ran for office in the United States, which I'd argue makes it quite clear that she thinks of the United States as her home, not Somalia.
