You know what if we sent all the anti-vaxxers there? Simple 4 step plan. Step 1: Pose as an Anti-vaxx who worked at Area 51 and say they keep a miracle oil there. Step 2: Start a Pyramid scheme supposedly selling some of this miracle oil that you got away with and have alts say its really good. Step 3: Say that you ran out and rally them together to get more miracle oil. Step 4: Watch the news and see the fireworks. The method of running mentioned, flat out doesn't work in moving people faster over distances. I think it is because if your arms aren't moving while sprinting, that it'll screw up your balance and everyone moves slower than they can unconsciously, to maybe avoid tripping and falling over if they're doing that. In racing, every movement of the limbs and every second shaved off is crucial. People who run races will know what moves them along faster.
