Hate to break it to you guys but the only thing that happens at Area 51 is testing for Top Secret Experimental Aircraft. They did the same thing at Loring Air Force Base. Where is the best place to test a Top Secret Aircraft? In the middle of nowhere because even if people see it no one will believe them. Area 51 used to be a fun meme back in 2005 with all the aliens and the UFOs and I'd never guess that Americans would decide to make this event in 2019. You are 10 years late, people.

Don't we already know what happens in Area 51, more or less? It's a facility for developing experimental aircraft and weapon systems that may or may not be used later. No big deal, they'd have to be developed somewhere. People saw some experimental crafts that didn't see the light of day and hypothesized that it's aliens scouting the area. That's a big logic gap right there.

A less known theory I've heard of suggests that Area 51 is highly contaminated because of unknown experiments taking place. The theory is based on the fact that the US government keeps expanding this area, as if they need more space to dump the contaminants. According to the theory, the contamination is extreme and is being kept secret because of it's sheer size, which may affect nearby cities. I have no idea how possible this is though.
