Well, i don't mind taking a little longer. The only problem is that the airports are very far from my area, the nearest is 2 hours using trains and that is a smaller one. I think i want to spend like 500-600 euro for like a long weekend.

I know the boat goes from Rotterdam to Hull and new castle. The Eurostar train is an option but from my town to london is like 6 hours with trains. So it is more of cost comparisson really.

Megabus has routes to York from Sheffield, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Plymouth, and Sunderland, if that helps.

I get this ravelling with:

Selected off-peak trains.
Travel is allowed via any permitted route.

In my own land, you can use a ticekt the whole day.

Yes. You get cheaper tickets if you pick a particular train time to use. If you miss it then talk to someone at the station before just getting the next one.

Not here. You would have to avoid getting on a train before 9:30am and after about 4:00pm. You'll be fine during the day though.

Yes, but don't be surprised if the air conditioning doesn't work and the entire thing stinks of piss and/or shit because the toilet is blocked.

Train tickets in the UK are whole day (or on whatever timeframe they say they are), but I'll have to warn you that trains in Britain are much more expensive than in the Netherlands (assuming that's your country based off the Rotterdam thing). And it will depend on the company- Virgin trains are one of the best ones, but also one of the most expensive.

Busses are cheapest, but take a long time and are often quite boring/unpleasant.

If you're under fire in the no-man's land of WW1, you start digging a foxhole even if the ideal time would be when you *aren't* being bombarded, because once you wait for it to be 'time', other situations will need your attention, assuming you survive that long. The trains aren't much better. I couldn't tell you how many times I have been sitting in a train with the stink of the toilet gassing out the carriage.

You just have to get on the train during that window of time. If you arrive after 4pm then just wait until after 7pm.

"It's an equality movement though. Stop focusing on people who only exist on tumblr.".

Do you remember when I was discussing this exact thing and the feminists on this forum were adamant this wasn't going to be the outcome and it was just a minority of feminists suggesting this idea, because their model of viewing the world and understanding feminism as a phenomanae is one way, while I was telling them this is exactly how it would go down because my model for explaining how feminism operates is another way?

Here's an image for all you feminists who disagreed with that to get tattoo'd onto the inside of your eyeballs.

It might help this finally sink in.

You don't understand what you are talking about. You have believed the gaslighting lies of a hate movement pretending to be an equality movement. Because of this, you assume they won't behave like a hate movement, and cannot accurately predict their behavior, compared to someone who knows they are merely gaslighting society, and CAN predict it.

Your model for understanding them is based on believing their lies. That's why you so consistently wrong and cannot make accurate predictions. This is not the first time this has happened.

Your model for understanding feminism, that it is an equality movement? Actually investigate the evidence for whether that is the case in a good-faith attempt to find the truth, and you will no longer be feminists.

As I stated previously though, all groups are filled with a variety of people.

I know feminists who also disagree with this, and also support a lot of work for problems with men, especially their rate of suicide.

Every feminist is different, just like every other group.

At a certain point you're being willfully ignorant of the provable trends your ideas and rhetoric produce.

Plenty of people in the Klan thought it was a social club, until they started quitting because they didn't want to provide cover and support for a hate movement by giving bigots plausible deniability. So your modern feminist is somewhere below that level of discourse.

In the UK, at this moment in time, feminism is a hate movement and has been for a while. Why are you providing cover for them?

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.
