If Boris loses the vote does that make him the shortest PM?

I think the current shortest amount of time as PM was a few months, so yes.

If he couldn't command a majority he wouldn't become PM as far as I understand it.

Not sure what would happen if come 31st October we don't have a PM.

Hi guys, I'm going to be visiting GLASS-COW next month. Did you know I'm 1/8th Scotch? Yeah, my great-grandmother is from Dundee, did you know her? Yeah, you know I'm Clan MacGregor, right? I really want to go see EdinBURG Castle. Haha I don't know whether to root for Ranger or Selltic. I'm pretty Scottish but what's with that accent, are you guys speaking Irish or something? I'm going to get a kilt with MY clan stitched into it. How about some whiskey, am I right guys?

Are you Catholic or Protestant? Sectarianism in Scotland is still a big force, especially when it comes to Glasgow football teams.

I'm actually going to the UK next month, and will make a stop in Edinburgh. Will not be doing tourist stuff though as it is for business.

I was imitating the way a stereotypical American tourist might act.

The way that you are using it does not resemble any way in which any other speaker of English uses it. That is: you are not speaking English.

Well the voting polls are now closed, it really says something about our democracy when only 160,000 members of that blasted party decide will be our next prime minister, the one is a sleazeball who will sell our NHS down the gutter and the other is an utter buffoon who will most likely ruin this country's credibility even more than his predecessors; I wouldn't trust Boris to run a shop never mind negotiate Brexit. There are only two things that can save Britain now, a general election or a revolution because otherwise we're doomed.

Given Brexit, it's more likely to be closer to Actually Existing Socialism unfortunately.

Remove that blue, because in the event of a revolution you just know that the godawful SNP will take the opportunity in the chaos to declare independence, which the new government will either need to lie back and accept or quell with force.

The scots can try but it doesn't mean they'll succeed, Nicola Sturgeon is no William Wallace I can tell you that. Plus Scotland has other issues, I doubt the people would ready to fight and die for a new country that has a massive poverty, drug and alcohol problem.
