Oh for fuck sake.

NHS is cheaper and heavily reliable. Every country in the world bar the US, some African, and some South East Asian countries has a universal healthcare system.
It is more affordable per person and more reliable.

Not everyone is rich, or has an offshore bank account to evade taxes.

Privatising the road network is a fairly mainstream libertarian view.

Name one person other than the road owners who this would not greatly inconvenience.

I can attest to this as a U.S. citizen. Some argue that our (American) healthcare is worth costing more because it is more efficient and effective, but it will often take two months for even a simple check up. Private healthcare has few positives.

You must have terrible insurance. I can get an appointment and the doctor will be buy to check up on me within 45 minutes and it doesn't cost me a dime. And if I need antibiotics and pain pills that will be delivered to me.

I remember having the choice between employer funded private health insurance and just having the cash in my salary. I took the cash and used the NHS. It was brilliant. :)

I actually have great insurance and live by a hospital, but they won't take check ups under insurance for some reason.

That doesn't mean that shifting in the future somehow magically balances out emissions today.
