Lib Dems go full anti-Brexit resolving to revoke article 50 without a referendum. A nice clear position, it will be interesting to see how it plays.

That's pretty hardcore. Does the gutter press already scream for lynchings on a massive nationwide scale?

So it seems that Cummings is advocating for Parliament to be prorogued again if the original invocation is overturned, to the point of saying that the constitutional crisis is only just beginning.

Well, they’d have to get a majority first, and that’s not going to happen.

But it’s nice to see they still live up to their reputation, power no matter the cost. :p

You're so cynical Vassenor -where there's talk there's hope- I believe they are are actually aiming to get a deal... It'll be less good than they might have got because the remainers are determined to undermine the Brexit team's credibility at the negotiations.

anyway this might cheer Vassenor up-

So the four biggest parties have lined up nicely behind Brexit positions: Lib Dems for revoke, Labour for second referendum, Brexit for No Deal, Conservatives for magical unicorn deal.

Except that the EU keeps pointing out that the UK literally hasn't done any kind of negotiating with them since May was PM.

I'm not sure it's quite that simple.

The actual policies seem to be, in rough order of clarity:

Brexit for No Deal

LibDems for Revoke Article 50 if they win a majority in a general election; support a second straight in-out referendum if they don't win a majority.

Conservatives for leave on the 31st of October, ostensibly preferring to get a new - or at least edited - deal, but in fact preparing for No Deal while making a token effort to pretend to negotiate a deal.

Labour for... well, you need a paragraph to even attempt to spell it out. Should Labour win the general election they'll extend Article 50 and go to Brussels to negotiate a different and ostensibly better deal from May's deal, and which preferably includes some form of customs union. Assuming that negotiation is successful, they then hope to hold another referendum, with the choice between Labour's newly negotiated deal and remain. It's unclear at that point whether Labour will whip the shadow cabinet to support their new deal, or allow senior party members to campaign against the party's own deal in favour of Remain.

Adding Scotland to the above, the SNP are in favour of holding a second in-out EU referendum, in which they'll campaign to Remain. This will then in turn facilitate a second in-out Scottish referendum, in which they'll campaign to Leave.

So the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom has made the positively delusional claim that brexit is actually the same as being the Hulk.

That's rather insulting comparing BoJo to the Hulk.

Hulk is intelligent.
