And then it will become a battlefield. Because then Antifa neatly knows where the neonazis hang out all the time.

Personally, I prefer peace in the city. The ruckus might make me spill my beer :(

Yeah I'd rather that Mitte wasn't a warzone whenever I visit.

Indeed, it took years to get it away from its cold war state. I'd rather not go back to it.

How often do you visit?

Every year give or take. I'd go more often but the flights from here are generally shit.

I have been there twice, but not in Potsdam. Is Potsdam worth visiting on it's own?

Yes Yes and Yes again. It has wonderful places and corners. Lots of historical buildings, natures, seas and sites.

Its almost more worth than Berlin even if you into 18th century history. Its also much more calm, comfy and not overcrowded. Except Sanssouci .

It's...alright. Having an entire holiday there might be a bit much though.

Yes i am in it. I wonder about hotels the prices seem kinda random. What is the cheapest period?

To get back to the discussion i think the current bunker is to rundown to fix for now.

It was really cheap when i was there like 10 years ago. I am not into the current prices, probably they have increased. Generally Berlin is... overcrowded and overpriced.

You might want to look for a "Hostel" instead of an Hotel. Those are cheaper, but dont offer the all around service of a hotel. Check also for "Jugendherberge" if you dont mind sharing a sleeping room.

Sounds like it would be boring to visit an empty, abandoned bunker.

It depends. I had a Hostel back with friends then and it was like renting out a small apartment for a day or two. But thats because i tend to get my food and supplies locally at super markets when i travel and do not require hotel service and the likes usually.

Well theres different kinds thereof. You may want to get sure that you have your own separate room. Which depends on the place in question. And also your budget.

I dont really cook there (though I did that too) I get ready meals or other stuff that can be eaten on the instant. In case of doubt a microwave pizza will suffice to get your blood sugar up enough.

(i dont need that anymore even though. Since i am low carb carnivore now)

What? Don't be daft. We're talking about a derelict underground complex here, not one of the greater monuments of the human race.

It's a mess and probably would cost a great deal.

Historically? Hmm? Not sure of the value and do we really need to bring attention to that individual?

About the only people who would like this would be all the wannabe nazi types.

It'd be more fun to visit the local run down, abandoned K-Mart than this bunker.
