For example North Korea being poorer and has a lot more malnutrition compared to Detroit is an objective fact. If nutrition in North Korea is objectively much worse than nutrition in Detroit we should expect the difference between the phenotypical IQ and the genotypical IQ to be smaller in Detroit compared to North Korea.

The average IQ in Serbia is only 89. It's only about 86 in Albania and Ireland is about 93. These countries are undeniably European and yet their IQ scores are similar to that of detroit. Intelligence tests are pointless. It's impossible to unpick the vast array of environmental factors from your actual results. They're broadly useful for the following purposes:

1) Convincing people who were smart enough that they were able to coast through school but never learned the value of perseverance and hit a wall when they entered higher education that they've got a really high IQ so the rest doesn't matter.

2) Getting gullible people to part with lots of money for membership into high IQ societies.

3) Detecting learning differences such as dyslexia and dyscalculia - discrepancies in different things IQ tests measure - when also analysed and performed by a trained psychologist - can lead to a diagnosis of a learning difference that will help an individual develop coping strategies.
