Being human beings, illegal migrants should have a right to receive medical care when they're in serious need of it. Hospitals are not immigration authorities, and as such, they shouldn't have the right to detain anyone, nor report illegal migrants to ICE. Their job is to provide medical care. Migrants will go untreated if they fear being reported by hospitals, which is ultimately worse for everyone.
