Once again, your assuming that people act the same. That they are all "Freedom loving libertarians". There are different societies, with different moral views. I honestly think my views would most likely take place in a non-western society that's extremely different with social views that are far from our own.

Assuming there are more people who dont want to have all of their joy and freedoms taken away to live in work units instead of families and having everything banned just because is not at all saying that everyone is libertarian. You dont have to be in the slightest to not want to live in such a horrific state.

Unlimited tolerance must lead to the disappearance of tolerance. If we extend unlimited tolerance even to those who are intolerant, if we are not prepared to defend a tolerant society, then the tolerant will be destroyed, and tolerance with them. We should therefore claim, in the name of tolerance, the right not to tolerate the intolerant.

emotionalism at it's finest. "won't some one think of the children, they have mean big authority to follow".
the special word is "some" people. You might say that the majority won't want it. however, history is filled with regimes that were birthed from popular support. The french revolution is an example of this. Even Wiemar Germany can be consider an example of this( there were other fractions other than the Nazis that could gain power).

Like, I don't know, smoking. I don't think people should smoke, but I ain't gonna do jack about it.
So, this "gotcha" doesn't really work.
So you are basically against them having power but yet you think nothing should be done about it? What type of logic is that?
