You are correct. The thing with the libertarian Socialist is that they do great leaps of faith, and rush to conclusions. which is why They call many things fascist . I know what a fascist is. They are ultra-nationalistic authoritarians that believe in the coexistence of economic classes, they are also extreme militarist. in most cases fascism depends on racism.

Being able to have an ideological discussion with someone who's response to everything isn't "you're authoritarian, therefore evil"(or variant, "you're homophobe, therefore evil and I shouldn't listen to any argument you make") is certainly refreshing, even if it's with my archenemies.

Also feudalism can be egalitarian. The goal is for everyone to fulfill a dharma and mutual obligations. it do not even have to be inequal in socio economic level. Same with all rigid heirarchy.

I realize that a majority of the oppress people share anti-liberal views. For example, many Mexicans are die hard Catholics, Many rural Americans are social conservatives, most people in undeveloped nations hate liberalism.

It would only make sense to appeal to them. I don't want to be an upper class social democrat or a champagne socialist (socialist, but continues to live a lavish life). organizations like antifa have poor tactics. Their anarcho-Communist/ syndicalist solutions have only brought sympathy for their enemies. I want a populist left, a Left that does as much as possible to appeal to the complexity of the proletariat.

Just rebrand it. Talk about family, talk about the nation and avoid the term communism until people completely accept the ideal.
