Harming another is theft. Some crimes make all but the right to decent conditions forfeit, or at least in a just society they would. Change is still much needed before harsher punishment though, otherwise the punishment may be implemented in a way well meaning people don't intend.

Not really. Harming another is just harming another. No deprivation of property need occur.

Punishment without rehabilitation is just an excuse to abuse, and we all know deterrence alone doesn't actually prevent recidivism.

I feel bad for those who weren't taught about sex though, i.e. young children before age 14, they should hopefully learn and use their experience to inspire them to help women.

For-life hatred of children for their crimes is an issue dear to my heart as they need to grow and learn, often they aren't taught complete basics.

I consider in that case, both victims, but that should not excuse the perpetrator from growing up to be the way they are, instead they should shape up and advocate for women. Not necessarily abortion mind you, but rather, standing up for women in general and helping them.

That is a great opinion to have, although rape is generally less severe than murder (for which I support the death penalty) but not a small crime. For one time offenses that are major but not immediately life threatening, safe forced labor is sufficient. If you want somebody killed, just do it with deliberation.
Also, punishment should be confined to reasonable levels so that prisoners don't inflict harm on themselves, defeating the whole purpose.

Exceptions to the general idea do exist. Picture a child taught about you know what, and then wanting to do it, they might make dumb choices.

Its not something on which one can compromise. That's how mental states of children are weighed. Every case is, necessarily, different because every child develops differently and reacts differently to circumstances. Especially during puberty, hormonal fluctuations and developing brains react erratically to stressors. Its why preteens and teens so often can't articulate the rationale for tremendously stupid actions.

You can't have voluntary servitude. You can have voluntary service, but servitude implicitly prevents any revocation.

Nor should you, because you force governments to ratify servitude when enforcing breaches of the initial contract upon revocation.
