That's some rare crap.
Ignoring the faux-poll.

Yep. It's not even mentioned in the OP that she was 'an abused princess'.
I just hope that in the next occasion a complete/better elaboration on her personality is going to be written in the OP, not just mentioned along the discussion.
But....yeah

However, I greatly appreciate it when you bring your knowledge and theories from books into the threads I make
It is clear that you read a lot

I don’t really like reading
I had to read too much in law school/uni and grew to dislike it
Then how do you know life in less interesting then fiction? I've read books about real events that are more interesting then most movies you can see. Hell I've had a more interesting life then some films I've seen. However, I greatly appreciate it when you bring your knowledge and theories from books into the threads I make

Dankie.

in real life you never (realistically) get to make really important and influential decisions like casting a powerful vote on whether or not a convicted mass murderer should or shouldn't get a Christmas meal
most of real life is a grind and the battles that are fought are generally pretty one sided

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaan, you really need to get your priorities straight. If I had the vote of "Give Christmas meal or Don't" then it wouldn't even make my top 30 "Important" decisions I need to make that day

This allows you to very positively impact someone's life.
Think about it, your decision could decide whether or not she enjoys her right to have a good Christmas. For someone imprisoned so long, its a big deal. You get to weigh in on it (as a voter) and provide a written justification. That's life changing stuff.

Firstly, no one want's to positively influence this persons life.
Besides, on an average week I already influence people's lives much more then this.
1. Yes, I vote in favour. It's the humane thing to do...
With conditions being so awful, she should get her special meal. Seeing as everyone else (including other prisoners) get one then she should too, especially as security is not a concern here. I'm siding with with Ifreann, but I'd let her and the other prisoners enjoy their meals before becoming a whistle blower. That way they get two presents.
1. Yes, I do. But not because it's the humane thing to do, or because it's in the spirit of Christmas or any other reason. I simply thought of throwing her a bone every once in a while, seeing as how she's being very cooperative and all.
I'd let her have the Christmas dinner. Her life certainly seems to suck plenty in the Glass Box as it is, anyway.
1. She eats, she is in prison to be in prison, not to be additionally shat on. If this is the prison policy, and there is no reason to take it away as to behavior, I see no reason to deny her the privilege.

Some of the posters have indicated that they want to positively influence her life. They believe that Christmas should be a time of joy. For instance:1. Yes, I vote in favour. This and other posts from various posters suggest that Annie has not been completely dehumanized
