its really really simple and you can get 100% of the necessary information just by reading this OP alone

it tells you what you're supposed to focus on and it gives you 100% of the information needed

1. She committed war crimes and is a mass murderer
2. She's in jail
3. She's having a bad time serving her life sentence but is "well-behaved"
4. Does she get her Christmas meal or not in a society where its considered a big deal?
5. (edited in within 24 hours), no killing her

That's enough information for anyone to make a very informed decision.

Poll even makes it simple for you, Yes or No.

Its really very very cut and dried.

Nothing in the setup invites to consider anything else.

I mean if you ask questions about the setup or the lore behind it I will supply the information

but nothing is being "made up," its simply "made relevant" when really out there suggestions are being made

(for instance, there's no need to consider the military power of the Order unless you make it relevant by suggesting a war or something)

but again, that doesn't necessarily stem from the OP

I feel like this is fairly well written (the OP) in terms of telling the reader enough info to make a choice

I try to make each and every OP written in such a way that a first time reader can make a reasonably informed choice

there's some really really interesting lore behind the setup and I supply the information when asked because I think it can enrich your consideration of the factors

well I haven't yet decided how exactly she was abused and oppressed

but in a future thread, if it becomes relevant, I could elaborate on that

perhaps there will be a future moral dilemma set in a time BEFORE she became "Witch Hitler," when she could still be redeemed or re-guided on a better path

in such a thread, more details will be supplied about the characters that abused and oppressed her

Just so you know -- that, in my post above yours', is called overkill. Such a parade of overblown misfortunes for a character an author wishes to make the audience like would not attract sympathy for the character (who is already, as I said, beyond rehabilitation).
