Ah, see, there was more context (which, despite linking the tweet, you most definitely ignored). She's a political activist who attempted sabotage last year, and as she's been in media before, her identity being known makes sense, as it provides further context to the altercation that lead to her injury.

She’s a local activist who has been in media for violently sabotaging an event on PSU campus. Her identity is relevant to the story.

2) The concrete milkshake is never gonna stop being funny to me because it shows how wildly insipid the alt-right, fascists, etc. all are.
