How most political systems work (if taken to a sufficient extreme) is that opponents get negatively impacted in some way, but supporters get left alone or rewarded. Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union both went after their ideological opponents. The Eastern Front was just a rare opportunity to see an extreme right vs left wing war play out on a large enough scale.

Ancient Sparta probably comes close. For more modern examples of maximally right wing states, Franco's Spain would be representative of the type(pure fascism had too much left wing philosophy and micro-level policymaking to qualify). I'm hesitant at using the term right wing outside the west, or at least heavily westernized contexts(eg Syngman Rhee or the south vietnamese dictatorships might be rightist, I wouldn't apply the term to taiwanese or african regimes- or middle eastern ones). Some notably pure conservative right wing regimes would be almost anything in eastern europe prior to WWII- eg, Pilsudsky, Horthy, etc.

The definition of 'right-wing' is 'having or desiring more economic freedom than civil rights', as opposed to left-wing, which is the opposite. The extreme far right would thus have maximum economic and minimal civil freedom, or in other words, a corporate police state, a likely fascist system with often-exploited workers if not slaves. The government would in effect be a series of huge corporations that call all the shots, and if you aren't part of the (very small) ruling class, you have no rights, money, or property of your own. The environment would be almost certainly bleak and dead-looking, as all environmental regulations are seen as a threat to the state of the economy, and there would be no assistance for the sick or elderly as they would still be forced to work.

It's literally one of the most reactionary ideologies there is, it's a return to the caveman era as anything technological is seen as "un-natural". Ted Kaczynski literally advocated for the death of leftists, LGBT people, Black people and feminists.
