The source of the Incel is social media where bad feelings and fears come together and giving birth to monsters. I would also argue that our increasingly atomized societies are playing a role too in this happening.

Maybe also disfunctional or unrealistic ideals and concepts of relationship being propagated by the mainstream media. Though I am unsure about that.
