I do think you have a point - even as someone who wants to protect artistic freedom I don't think it's good enough to dismiss concerns about art/vidya effect on people especially young, antisocial people. I think that means very good, but the other element of these "incels" is that many of them tend to have general social issues besides in dating, and it's like they are almost "afraid" in a way of interacting with anybody (more likely a guy who was successful) currently with a partner.

Well for one, in a world of increasing globalization, the collision of cultures can in part make it difficult to socialize with other people if you cant particularly relate to them or understand their manners. Of course its not impossible, as there are many intercultural friendships that are as strong as any other, but it still doesn't change the fact that people prefer associating with that which is familiar. Sometimes you actually don't know how to socialize with another culture.

Maybe I'm just not in with the times, but if the idea of an "incel" is that one can't get any sex despite wanting it, then I have a hard time believing that it can be a thing. Given the fact that it is legal (or at least very easy in most places) to pay for sex, then I don’t think they can state they can’t get sex, if that's all they want.
