I mean, personally I think having the border there is silly because it's ludicrously indefensible. But if you really want to secure it some times sacrifices are necessary.

This isn't a "measure" it's a lack of funding. We don't have facilities to house this many people over any significant period so these people are stuck in facilities that were never supposed to house people over any significant period. It's like the hotels full so people are stuck sleeping in the lobby, it's not great but it wasn't supposed to happen.

Which is why I said it's poorly planned. This doesn't give an excuse for the actions of the border police on the border. They should've known this was going to happen. Not to mention this would go against international law.

Sure, they can't see the future, but if they knew how many people were coming across the border (if it's even possible), and then look at how their facilities were going to hold all these people, with tax money on top of that, maybe their plans would've worked out better. This is the issue with American conservativism/nationalism: They say they want less taces; yet oppose illegal immigration. What they don't realize, especially the leaders like Trump and his cabinet, is that things require money. Sure, it's unexpected, but their lack of foresight based on planning, and critical analysis of the situation is what makes the Trump administration inept in the situation of the migrants.

Well, Yes. Actually very much so. I live in America was that not obvious? Mothers get separated from their children and what do you think a Cell is? I'm an EMT I've been in Prisons before turns out Prison isn't fun.

Well, if everyone gets sent to the gulags, then it's not technically "unusual"...

That aside, Vegas' argument doesn't work. For most of human history, prisons were absolutely horrific. That didn't stop people from committing crimes, because most criminals become criminals for one of two reasons: either they don't have a choice, or they don't think they'll be caught. Making prisons into death camps won't deter either group.

Look illegal inmigrants are invaders and should be treated like it, they have no identity and no rights in the invaded nation excepting the ones the invaded want to create, the borders are better closed to inmigrants whom come without authorization, the illegal inmigrants generate people without job or wealth to the invaded country, usually do not have knowledge about secondary school and if they enter they create cultural clashes as they try to impose their culture inside the invaded nation. If these people do not like their situation they should change their countries government by force if necessary instead of fleeing to another place to be maintained by governments influenced by compassiveminds

Emergency shelters and air conditioning are expensive and these people not only will not pay these thing but also brokes the law and the national soveringty of the people native of the country they invade

I didn't concede. That has always been my opinion. I've been in Metal Health Hospitals for the Criminally insane and same rings true. Yet, you have demonstrated much ignorance about the situation on their countries. You claim that they should change their country if they feel it's in the wrong, yet, their governments hardly do anything to change that situation, and the resources of their country are mismanaged. The migrants hardly have the resources to even make a single change to their government which is why they come to the US because in their minds, it's a land of opportunity, a richer nation. To shoot them for crossing, is unjust, and demonstrates much ignorance regarding migrants, and is against international law.

You admitted a lack of familiarity with the facts in the case and ignored attempts to explain them to you.

Because at this point, prison cells would be a marked improvement for these people.

No i did not. I am perfectly informed about all their problems and suffering but just for their having problems they can not go to another country illegally without asking permission. The Earth is not globalised, they must respect the law of other countries and try to come legally to the other country.
But they choose to pay mafias to support them in entering illegally ignoring the national sovereignity of the other nation. This is the same problem as if someone forcefully tries to enter in your home

Most illegal immigrants do come in legally, but for one reason or another they don't get all the paperwork done. That alone doesn't make them bad people.
