Give funding to ICE and CBP to hire more agents, build better facilities and fund the acquisition of adequate supplies to deal with the migrants. Send lawyers to help process these people's claims. If they have legitimate claims to asylum then let them in. If not then they can fuck off back to where they came from. And no, just being poor in a poor country is not grounds for asylum.

Then fund the construction of wall in areas where the flow of migrants is the highest.
