Do we owe former Prussians reparations?

We should give the Prussians reparations. Nope, not FORMER Prussians, but PRUSSIANS period. They still (hopefully) have the Prussian _{^{storm girl}} spirit, and they haven't gotten the reparations they deserved, while every other race has. I don't get why they don't pay them back.

Me, being a descendant of Prussian soldiers, think we shouldn’t have reparations but Germany should at least acknowledge the people. They need to be! The greatest generation of Germans existed during that time.
