Oh I am not going to ride the free speech train. All I am saying that they as platform have choosen to take a stand. And this might encourage more platforms and places to do the same. This is just shadows of a foreplay.

Banning expression of one currently mainstream type of politics while not disallowing other politics is itself a very political act. And that's surprising from a site relating to a non-political hobby. That's why it's at least slightly newsworthy.
