Personally what I find most interesting is that, in the original, this massacre is the result of the villain's mind control technology driving everyone present into a murderous rage. The church goers are briefly established to be rather unpleasant folks, to make the resulting violence more fun, but Colin Firth's character, Harry Hart, doesn't kill them all because they're evil and he's good, or because they're attacking him and he's defending himself. They're all being forced to attack each other, none of them in control of their actions, and Harry Hart survives because he's a highly trained secret agent with a gun and they're just random assholes.

I'm sure that this isn't what the creator had in mind, but through this lens the meme could be read as saying that Trump, Black Lives Matter, corporate media, they're all being forced into conflict with each other. By lisping Samuel L. Jackson.
