The judge didn't say that. The judge didn't rule on the material case, but issued an order following a motion for a preliminary injunction, which he granted. This only means that California cannot force candidates to disclose their tax information until the case has been resolved.

No judgement has been made, though odds are in favor of the plaintiffs.

It's not a good sign and it's one I bet Trump is worried about, especially with everything happening now. This may mean he'll try to push for a deal with China with less concessions to show he's "winning". If the economy is indeed slowing though, people will tend to look at the person (in this case Trump) a bit more and may find his corruption that's currently in the spotlight as more un-excepting then before. I would imagine he's worried.

Also, remember the reports that Pompeo was on the Ukraine call? Well, it's actually true as Pompeo admits he was on controversial call between Trump and Ukrainian president. This makes him a key witness now. I'm sure Democrats would want his testimony though whether he'll cooperate fully remains to be seen. Not looking good.

If the Democrats can be furious and outraged at the biased Clinton impeachment attempt by the Republicans, the Republicans can be furious and outraged at the biased Democrat impeachment attempt against Donnie.
