Nice try at not making better criticism.

I don't need to criticise fake ideas from the right pretending to be the left.

Basically this.
Now, just to stay on topic, what would the NKVD do to a foreign agent provocateur?

No need for a "manifesto". What the left needs to popular again is relevancy.

Old-school thinkers (aka tankies) are too technophobic and ask for something that cannot be done, usually the replacement of what we have now with a socially conservative, Stalinist-type economic system. The rest of the left-wing ignores economic issues. Instead, it accepts the free market as it is and only focuses on social issues. The left in general is fighting itself too much and needs to find common ground on issues that are relevant and affect everyone.

The right-wing, on the other hand, plays to win. Which is why a right-wing party may get votes from fascists, religious fundamentalists, conservatives, lolbertarianists etc. They leave their differences behind to defeat the left-wing "boogeyman". They focus on real issues and aren't afraid of changing instead of trying to convince people we should resurrect Stalin the red army.

NationStates General is not your blog.
"Classicist in literature, royalist in politics, and Anglo-Catholic in religion" (T.S. Eliot). Still, unaccountably, a NationStates Moderator.
