tl:dr Calling people who pirate and emulate games dicks, telling them what they do is illegal, or trying to stop people from pirating doesn't stop digital piracy.

PC Master race is where its at. Consoles are crap imo. You can't browse the internet, order things off of amazon or (most importantly) use NS!

For the record, I have used NS just fine from my Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, and Switch. Hell, I've deleted rule breakers on NS from said consoles!

Eh, no worse than most smartphone keyboards. NS is way easier to navigate on my consoles than on my Pixel 3. I mean, I'm not going to be writing any walls of text on them, but navigation is easy enough.

Eh, no worse than most smartphone keyboards. NS is way easier to navigate on my consoles than on my Pixel 3. I mean, I'm not going to be writing any walls of text on them, but navigation is easy enough.

Really? I prefer typing on my phone for NS (I sometimes to a lot of typing for NS), and then my desktop for discord and other things.

In my experience, nobody cares if someone pirates a really old game, such as something that is 15+ years old and has to use an emulator to be played on a modern system. The one exception being a company like Nintendo that wants to sell their older/classic games for $1 or so a piece, on their official emulator.

I'd say that abandonware or games that're old enough, are fair game for the most part, if no one is actually losing any profits from that sort of piracy occuring. A new or current game however, is different. People have no standing to be getting a game without paying for it- if its still currently being sold in a retail context and was created only recently within the past 5 years or so. People shouldn't interfere with its temporary window to make money.

That aside, it's been a while since I last touched my Xbox One. I would say that I will still prefer Xbox, only because I grew up with it. I also am envious of the exclusive titles on PS4 and Switch, so... I am not saying that one console is superior than the other.

In an ideal world (and if you have enough dough), you would buy all three systems and enjoy all the games, but if you're on a budget... I will say it depends on what kind of games you love.

Not to mention games on "Crazy Sales" for like indefinite periods of times in some game stores (we still have a few of those in Singapore). You can literally get Saints Row 2 for like USD $0.99, and that game has a crazy amount of content both in Vanilla version, and if you Mod it.

Agreed. When nobody's losing money, it's up for grabs. When it's a current game, however, I don't see it as an okay thing to do.

Think it depends on the game you’re playing as well.
Strategy games have had some success porting controls over to consoles recently, but they’re primarily a mouse and keyboard kind of thing.
Fighting games are more controller based if you’re not into the extra peripherals, so you’ll find a lot of traction on consoles there.
Shooting games can swing either way, so personal preference is key there. Racing games I’d say are similar.
