What makes a good pizza?

I hope you are ready for this needlessly serious response!

1: No pineapple, onions, mushrooms, green/red peppers in sight
2: Ratio of crust to everything else is 30-40% crust, the rest everything else
3: Crust is warm and moist with no burnt spots
4: Cheese is neither too little nor too much (generally better to have too much than too little if you aren't on a diet)
5: Classic pepperoni is great, but salami with mozarella and asiago, a slightly sweet tomato sauce or alfredo sauce, olives, and maybe spinach or banana peppers is god tier

To be honest, Little Caesar's has the best fast food pizza I've ever had. The Dominoes in my town sucks, Pizza Hut keeps going downhill ever since they removed the ginger crust (that sh!t was BOMB), and let's not even talk about the other ones. There are some decent local places but something about Little Caesar's is so good if you want that classic taste. (If you want something that tastes more gourmet, then see above.)

Your Domino's must be god-awful if you prefer Little Caesars...

I have tried many other pizzas, from many other shops, both fast food, mid-range, and from those luxury restaurants from time to time, but I always gravitate towards back The Four Cheese. It used to be called Trio Cheese, but they added an extra type of cheese, so... now there are 4 types.

It goes well with Ketchup and Tabasco Sauce.

Meats and garlic butter. I could care less about what kind of crust you put the pizza on. Garlic butter is amazing when combined with as much variety of meats as you could possibly throw onto a pizza.

Just make sure the cheese is fresh, otherwise the entire pizza is ruined no matter what is on it.

Pizzas are not junk food!!

I like to thoroughly massage the dough, and use sea salt and some rosemary/ oregano in it. Only extra virgin olive oil can be sprinkled on top.

I like tomatoes, garlic, basil, and cheese on my pizza.
I love extra spicy pepperoni, sucuk, smoked duck breast, fish, shrimp, ham, bacon and an assortment of vegetables like spinach, olives, sweet pepper, chilli, mushrooms, artichoke, corn, red onions.
Of course these ingredients won't go one 1 pizza. It depends on the eaters/ my mood what will be served.

Let's stoke the oven hot and keep those pizzas coming!

Doesn't change the fact that they wreck the flavour profile of the pizza, or that I only like onions in ring form. Raw bell peppers (at least warm-colored ones, which I find taste much better) make my guts feel funky.
