Way to dodge the question for the sake of trying to drag out a cheap gotcha.

And so far you've proven yourself to be physically incapable of proving she's actually committed any crimes. The difference is my opinions are not the subject of this thread.

In a press release, posted to the Logan City Police Department Facebook page on Tuesday, police say that on April 23, 2019, at 3:00 pm, a 16-year-old female reported being sexually assaulted while on a CVTD bus. The man accused of the assault was identified as 62-year-old Michael Fife.

But her liability is less important than getting gotchas to try and drive people out of the discussion.

The crime of filing a false police report in the State of Utah requires that the person making the report knows that the report is false. So prove she knew that.

As for indirectly causing the death, what law allows them to prosecute her for that? Given what has been said previously in this thread, I am not sure they can, unless she does something really really stupid.

I don't know. I'm not an expert on that state's laws. I simply hope they get her for something.
