I noted above, other then the false police report, and you would have to show she knew it was false, what can she be prosecuted for. As for indirectly causing the death, what law allows them to prosecute her for that? Given what has been said previously in this thread, I am not sure they can, unless she does something really really stupid.

Maybe she was and got the wrong person, maybe she has issues in her mind and thought she was. It is rather difficult to show that a person knew something.
