Traditionally but by the nature of the expression it can't matter.

Anyone who says racism is power plus privilege needs a damn dictionary thrown at them. I doubt they can read very well but maybe they can make it through the small sentence defining racism and realize yes, they are racists and they're also dumbasses
Anyone can have prejudice, but racism was manifest the hardest when power like law are implemented to racist ends like Jim Crow.

But it's not racism, because prejudice + power.
Wealthy black celebrities are still subject to racism especially in regards to law enforcement regardless of their status and power compared to most people. Like NBA player Sterling Brown, who was tazed by police during a parking dispute. Or Ving Rhames, who had police point guns at him after they were called by some BBQ Becky who saw Rhames trying to open the door to his own home.

What I'm about to say is something so racist I never thought my soul could ever feel it. But truly I never wanna spend time with white people again (if that's what non-muslims are called).

That my friend is systematic racism. Once again racism simply means prejudice based around race. Anyone can be racist. There are racist back people, white people, asians, latinos, arabs, Pacific islanders. IT doesn't matter what color your skin is. I really believe people who say they can't be racist cause they're black are genuinely just desperately trying like everyone else to not be given the scarlet R.

The OP study also indicates that institutions controlled by liberals would be racist against white people.

Tribal tensions aside, because race still does matters an awful lot in american politics. More than a lot of people are wanting to admit or are confortable. However the Democrats are now playing this card fully as well.
Its sad but that how the absolute state of things today.

This is one of the plethora of reasons America is a mistake. Can we please for the love of God have a 2nd revolution?
