But seriously, yes, porn has some undesirable side effects (like everything in our life, pleasant or not), but "health crisis"? That's just a hell of an exaggeration. Heck it even actually reduces STD cases and rapes. As for "Greater good" and freedom thingy...

Pornhub is a for-profit enterprise. It exists to make money.

It would destroy the very foundation of Pornhub and cause a crisis in the porn market as people search for a new site for their homemade porn to be uploaded.

Taking steps to ensure that sex workers at least get a share of the money Pornhub makes from their videos would certainly cause ructions, but the alternative is to let Pornhub make money off other people's labour with no compensation.

The problem with Pornhub isn't in their company or their idea, but rather inevitability of letting people upload homemade porn resulting in some piracy. However I argue that that right should be held sacrosanct for uploaders, however I do believe a team or bots could be made to analyze if things were pirated.

I don't know why you're framing this a question of the right of people to put porn on Pornhub. That is absurd. You no more have a right to upload to Pornhub than you have a right to post on NSG. This is a matter of workers being paid for their labour, of creators earning money form their creation.

Again, a website should abide to the terms of USC2257 by having a records custodian who verified the age and identity of performers in a porn film.

Most legitimate porn businesses in the US have an active 2257 custodian of records.

Is pornography addiction a problem for some, yes.
