The Logistics favor Canada by far.

The Philippines don't have the military capability to do any harm.

I mean at the same time, I don't really think that Canada is really all that well off in terms of war-waging potential without the USA on its side either. Again, I don't put my money on either, because its not like either would *want* to waste the time and resources to fight the other. It's literally just a Zero Sum game in the end, and the only one who'd gain anything, arguably anyway, is the United States when it bullies Canada into giving the Islands back to them after the fight ends, assuming they give enough a f*ck to bother.
And to assume there'd even be a war, when this just looks like a stupid but admittedly funny statement, it'd require there to be extant tensions high enough for such.
