Not really. If someone is saying something bad that you disagree with, and you feel passionate enough to take physical action against them, would it not be better to just speak out against them later? Squirting someone with lavender oil didn't help anything.

Speaking out against them later doesn't really do anything, as their message has already been spread and, undoubtedly, somebody's buying into it. I'd prefer a complete nonphysical approach of heckling and whatnot, to be honest, but I don't think a nonviolent physical approach is all that bad, all things considered.
