Apparently the Subreddit actually kinda agrees with that Contra fucked up(Even if she also blames "Drama obsessed communities").
She just 1. Have the internet harass her and feels that they can't harass if they can't call her scum. 2. Thinks in the big picture that decorum will somehow make people see transmediclist(I'm only using that term out of concern for the forum rules) and other persecution complexs are false.

Possibly better if anyone who used the words "truscum" or "transtrender" was thrown into an autoblender instead, but the internet isn't quite there on the tech yet.

I'm not usually one for outright banning words without context. However, I've spoken before about the vaguenesses/double-use where they're both often used as slurs for anyone who doesn't quite agree with your position and, because of the intensely personal nature of identity here, the trans community isn't capable at this juncture of having a productive conversation about the issues around them. It's all passive-aggressive "I'm being attacked", "no, I am!" etc etc, and them being in circulation severely hinders the prospects of good conversation or a healthy community because it's just creates a constant cycle of explosions and behind-the-scenes bitching where everyone starts to hate each other more and more.

In an environment that contains a lot of trans people, using these words is like chucking a cheap 3D-printed grenade into the conversation. Maybe it won't go off this time, but we've done enough cycles of this recently that anyone who does it must know exactly what they're playing with. Learn how to turn them into fleshy smoothies already, reddit.

Gender seems complicated because the basic terms aren't well defined to begin with... If man/male were only biological and if we used masc for gender, it would be so much clearer.

What if - and I'm just spitballing here - we used man/male for gender and masculine for sex, since not many people need to differentiate between the two on a day to day basis?

i don't think contrapoints actively hates nonbinary and nonpassing trans people, but at what point is it okay to say she doesn't care about us? the harassment some of my friends get for criticizing her continues to get worse and worse, i've seen more than one person be pushed off of twitter.

I don't see a problem with the linked tweets... there's definite cult behavior in the trans community, and the vicious response to Contra collaborating with him just provides credibility to this point.

I don't think my gender is one point in the spectrum but rather an entire range sliding along many points.

Feminine of center, sure, but also sometimes androgynous, neutrois, or agender, sometimes it feels like "anything but my assigned gender". I think the simplest way to describe it is as genderfae demigirl. Here, genderfae means genderfluid that is never male or masc.

I fail to see anything wrong with it, as it literally means "true scum". It's a cheap pejorative, not even a creative one.
This goes double since I knew the person who came up with "truscum" and "tucute" and she was a horrible person. I bring her up a lot because her legacy still lives on and it annoys me.
