No, it's literally just /r/traps. It's an amateur porn subreddit, apparently.
However, porn has a history of being pretty dehumanizing in its terminology, and the usage of "trap" there doesn't really mean it's fine to refer to trans women as a whole, nor does it mean the women posting on the subreddit actually identify with that term outside of a porn context.
