Bigenders can be lesbian, they are half female and half male, so In practical sense a bigender who is in a relationship with a girl is technically lesbian
Demigirls can be lesbian, as they are (part) girls,
Genderfluids can be lesbian
And when talking people who identity as just nonbinary or third gender
if the nonbinary wishes to have a female body, and then has a relationship with a female, the nonbinary is lesbian.
