Only if you're transmasculine/FTM taking masculinizing hormone therapy because a deepened voice is a permanent effect of testosterone.

It isn't guaranteed to happen though. I've noticed a few cases (anecdotal evidence I know, but in the absence of actual statistics...) where there is no real effect on tone of voice even after an extended period on T.
