What's funny is, that was not only a thing, but for a while, a rather big thing, though localized mostly to Tumblr. It's still around, though I think it's now localized to Reddit and Twitter (though Twitter is more akin to rag on it at every turn).

r/asktransgender would actually say that yes, it is impolite, and then promptly ban you.

What's funny is that I'm pretty sure most of these people identifying as "autismgender" are self-diagnosed (ie, bullshitters). Sort of the "if you touch a doorknob every time you open a door, you have CRIPPLING OCD" mentality.

I've never used 4chan in my life, though. My beliefs are based on two years of trans experience and research.

I’m allowed to not be a transwoman or hardline male. My gender actually makes more sense than that of binary people, who for whatever reason are confined.

Numerous studies have shown gender being based in the brain. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroscie ... ifferences shows useful information.
This would mean that for over 99% of the population, gender is rigidly male or female. This is what causes gender dysphoria: the brain structure misaligning with the body's sex. Intersex people undeniably exist, and it's important to note this. I don't know how intersex would work here. Would they align one way? Would they be a mix of both? Know that I'm not certain on the point that NB doesn't exist. I'd say there's around 40-50% chance that they do. I would certainly like more research to be done on this, and I will wait until them to make a certain decision.

One sad truth about gender dysphoria, being trans etc. is that it's incredibly politicised now. There is a very wide range of viewpoints on how trans works. Some support antitransmedicalism, some support transmedicalism, some support conservatism and regressivism. It's hard to see which ones are true. The best thing to do is to work on depoliticising transgender people.
